Non-alcoholic beverages supplied by your hostess at PJ's & Pigtails:			PJ's & Pigtails will supply the basic non-alcoholic beverages of Coke, Diet Coke, Pepsi, Diet Pepsi, Dr. Pepper, Diet Dr. Pepper, Mt. Dew, Diet Mt. Dew, Sprite, Water, and Iced Tea
Massages Available (see below for descriptions) Please let us know if you will be purchasing a 30 minute or 60 minute massage. Payment will be due directly to Stephanie Rowley, Licenced Massage Therapist, at the time of service.

Cancellation Policy:Deposits are nonrefundable but can be transferred to another date or guest if made 16 business days prior to reservation date. If other money has been paid, it will be refunded if we have been notified 15 business days prior to the reservation date, minus the $75.00 deposit. Between 15 and 6 business days of a reservation date, no refunds will be made but payments may be deferred to another guest or moved to another date minus a $25.00 fee. No refunds will be made 5 business days before the reservation date for any reason. Registrants who fail to appear on the reservation date are liable to PJ's & Pigtails for the full fee.

Weather related cancellation: If travel is not recommended by the National Weather Service of Iowa on the scheduled date of arrival, your fully-paid registration is transferable to another date within 6 months of your original reservation date. Please, do not take a risk, your safety is our concern. No refunds will be issued due to weather related cancellations. PJ's & Pigtails will not be responsible for any additional consequential losses or fees.

Disclaimer: Should any unforseen circumstances prevent the hostess from completing a reservation, liability to PJ's & Pigtails shall be only for the return of the weekend fee. PJ's & Pigtails will not be responsible for any additional consequential losses or fees. Should this unfortunate event occur, every effort will be made to reschedule. Please note that weekends need a minimum of 4 guests to run. This includes multiple parties combined to meet the minimum. Call Tammy for details 1-515-523-1372

Massages: Stephanie Rowley, Licenced Massage Therapist, has offered her services to the guests at PJ's & Pigtails on Saturday afternoons from 1:00pm, until she has completed all pre-scheduled appointments. Stephanie offers both 30 minute and 60 minute table massages. The 30 minute massage concentrate on the neck, back and shoulder regions and the cost is $30.00. The 60 minute massage is a full body massage and the cost is $50.00. Our guests will need to pre-register for Stephanie's services at the time of registration.
